Company
Absolutely No B.S. Home Services, also referred to as No B.S. Home Services (“we,” “us,” “our”), is a veteran-owned, family-operated LLC registered in the State of Florida. We provide handyman, home maintenance, cleaning, and membership-based home care services. Clear, straightforward, No B.S. expectations.
Service Area
We currently service Charlotte County, Florida only.
Service Hours & Availability
- Regular service is available weekdays only.
- After-hours weekday appointments are available for Home Guardian members ($175 minimum, includes first hour).
- Weekend service is available only for Home Guardian member emergencies, by approval.
Estimates, Scope & Approvals
- Estimates are based on the information available at the time (photos, descriptions, site conditions, and access).
- Repairs are quoted flat-rate by the job. You approve the price before we proceed.
- Any change in scope, hidden conditions, or customer-requested additions may change price and/or timeline.
- We will communicate changes and obtain your approval before proceeding.
One-Time (Non-Member) Service Pricing
- Minimum service charge: $125 (first hour included).
- Additional labor: $45 per additional 30 minutes ($90/hr).
- Materials are billed separately as approved.
Home Guardian Membership Terms
What’s Included
- 2 visits per month (60 minutes each) for inspection, documentation, and small to-do's within visit time.
- Home Health Check once every 3 months (quarterly).
- Priority scheduling within 3 business days.
- 90-day warranty on labor/workmanship (see Warranty section below).
- Up to $10 in consumables per visit.
Repairs Beyond Visit Time
Repairs or tasks that exceed the included 60-minute visit time are quoted and billed separately at member rates — flat-rate by the job. You will always receive a quote and approve the price before any additional work begins.
- Additional member labor: $15 per 15 minutes ($60/hr).
- Extra visit (beyond the 2 included): $75 (includes first hour).
- Materials are billed separately.
Pricing & Billing
- 12-month agreement: $79/mo (months 1–6), then $159/mo (months 7–12). Auto-renews month-to-month at $159/mo (or the then-current rate).
- Month-to-month: $250/mo — no commitment, cancel anytime.
- Billing starts on your signup date and recurs on the same date each month.
Early Cancellation (12-Month Agreement)
If you cancel the 12-month agreement before the term is complete, you agree to pay the difference between the promotional rate you paid and the standard month-to-month rate of $250/month for each month you were enrolled at the promotional rate. This “true-up” reflects the fair value of services already received.
Month-to-Month Cancellation
Month-to-month memberships may be cancelled at any time with notice. No early-cancellation fee applies.
Emergency & After-Hours Service
For urgent issues that need immediate attention, we offer emergency/after-hours service. The minimum includes the first hour of labor. Additional labor and materials are billed separately as approved.
- Non-member: $300 minimum (first hour included).
- Home Guardian member: $175 minimum (first hour included, weekdays only).
- Weekend emergency service for members only, by approval.
Pricing is confirmed before dispatch.
Deposits
- A 50% deposit may be required for larger jobs, special-order materials, or projects requiring significant time reserved on the schedule.
- Deposits are applied to the final invoice.
Payment Methods
We accept cash, check, and online payments through Jobber.
Payment Timing
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment is due at the time of service or upon invoice delivery.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
- We require at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
- No cancellation fee — we will reschedule at the next available time.
- Repeated no-shows or last-minute cancellations may result in refusal of future scheduling.
Access, Safety & Job Conditions
- You are responsible for providing safe access to the work area (including pets secured, clear pathways, and any necessary gate/lock codes).
- If unsafe conditions prevent completion, we may reschedule.
Exclusions
- No roof inspections.
- No large remodels or major construction projects.
Warranty (Labor / Workmanship)
- We provide a 90-day warranty on labor/workmanship from the date of service.
- This warranty covers workmanship-related issues on the work we performed.
- This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, customer-supplied materials/devices, pre-existing conditions, or issues outside the scope of our work.
Photos & Documentation
We may take before/after photos for documentation and quality control. We will not share identifying details publicly without your permission.
Communication
We aim to communicate clearly and promptly. The fastest way to reach us is through the contact method you used to book (call/text/email).
Updates
These Terms & Conditions may be updated from time to time. The version in effect at the time of booking applies.
